Kohli knock has India in final: 2016 Asia Cup IND v SRL (Mirpur)
Virat Kohli smashed 56 not out off 47 deliveries and together with Yuvraj Singh's cameo (35 off 18 balls) helped India beat Sri Lanka by five wickets to confirm their spot in the final.
Earlier, a curious batting performance from Sri Lankan raised eyebrows as they scored just 47 runs in the first 10 overs. The second 10 overs yielded 91 runs as Kapugdera and Siriwardena suddenly found form.
India 142 for 5 (Kohli 56*, Yuvraj 35) beat Sri Lanka 138 for 9 (Kapugedera 30, Siriwardana 22, Pandya 2-26, Ashwin 2-26) by five wickets.
