Warner, spinners crush Windies: Tri-Nations No 2 (Guyana)

Opener David Warner smashed 55 not out as Australia secured a six-wicket win over the West Indies in their opening Tri-Nation Series day-night game. Windies spinner Sunil Narine proved a threat by bagging two wickets as Australia slid to 94-4 at one stage of the chase.

Earlier, leg spinner Zampa and off spinner Lyon triggered a collapse as the West Indies went from 50 for one to 116 all out from 32.3 overs. Mitc Starc returned from injury to snap up 2-37.

Australia 117 for 4 (Warner 55*, Narine 2-36) beat West Indies 116 (Zampa 3-16, Lyon 3-39) by six wickets.
