Munro mauls Bangladesh with 54 ball ton: 2nd T20 (Mt Maunganui)

After NZ made a poor start, Colin Munro smashed 101 off 54 balls to secure a 47 run win.

Munro scored the 7th fastest T20 century of all time. He and Tom Bruce (59 not out) put on 123 runs that set up the Black Caps with a huge score of 195-7.

In reply, Sabbir Rahman (48) gave the tourists hope, but they were all out for 148, falling to a 2-0 deficit in the three-match series.

New Zealand 195 for 7 (Munro 101, Bruce 59*, Rubel 3-37) beat Bangladesh 148 (Sabbir 48, Sodhi 3-36, Williamson 2-16) by 47 runs.
