2005: Trescothick's First Ever Hundred Against Australia

Marcus Trescothick laid down a marker against Australia in the build up to the infamous 2005 Ashes, when the two sides met in this ODI at Headingley.

It was a fine innings from the fluent left-hander, and his first ever century against the Aussies. England won this opening encounter by 9 wickets to establish their dominance ahead of the 2005 Ashes battle.
