Kohli, Kumar seal 5-0 whitewash over sorry SL: 5th ODI (RPS)

Seamer Bhuveneshwar Kumar took his first 5 wicket haul in ODIs and skipper Virat Kohli scored his 30th ODI century to lead India to victory and complete a 5-0 series whitewash over Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka elected to bat and were going steady at 4-185 before they collapse yet again. Kumar's five-wicket haul bundled out the hosts for a modest 238 runs in 49.4 overs.

Kohli smashed nine fours in his unbeaten 110 to help the visitors achieve their target of 239 with 21 balls to spare.

India 239 for 4 (Kohli 110*, Jadhav 63) beat Sri Lanka 238 (Thirimanne 67, Mathews 55, Tharanga 48, Bhuvneshwar 5-42) by six wickets.
