Boult humiliates England, 58 all out: 1st Test, Day 1 (Auckland)

Left arm paceman Trent Boult routed England in day-night Test, bowling them out for 58 inside 21 overs.

Boult (6-32) and Tim Southee (4-25) bowled unchanged to have England at 27-9 at one stage.

The last pair of Craig Overton and James Anderson doubled the score with a 31 run stand with the England innings ending in 94 minutes before lunch. This was England's sixth-lowest total in 141 years of Test cricket.

England are staring down a heavy defeat when NZZ replied with 175 for three with skipper Kane Williamson unbeaten on 91. Stuart Broad took his 400th Test wicket in the final session.

New Zealand 175 for 3 (Williamson 91*, Nicholls 24*) lead England 58 (Boult 6-32, Southee 4-25) by 117 runs.
