Warner hits ton as Pakistan fail in chase: 2019 WC #17 (Taunton)
Opener David Warner scored his first century after completing his ban as Australia edged out Pakistan.
Warner smashed 107 and Aaron Finch hit 82 as Australia posted 307 all out. Australia lost their last six wickets for 30 runs as the previously convicted match fixer Mohammad Amir took 5-30.
In reply, Pakistan were well placed at 136-2 when they lost 4-24 to be bowled out for 266.
Australia 307 (Warner 107, Finch 82, Amir 5-30) beat Pakistan 266 (Imam 53, Cummins 3-33) by 41 runs.
