Windies dominate England after Holder's six: 1st Test, Day 2 (Southampton)

Skipper Jason Holder claimed career-best figures of six for 42 as England’s batting order buckled to be bowled out cheaply.

England were 57-1 at one stage when Shannon Gabriel (4- ) started the ball rolling by bowling Denly. Holder then took 3-1 in 14 deliveries to damage England.

The West Indies ended at 57-1, 147 behind, when bad light stopped play early.

West Indies 57 for 1 (Brathwaite 20*, Hope 3*) trail England 204 (Stokes 43, Holder 6-42, Gabriel 4-62) by 147 runs.
