De Kock shines as Proteas crush SL for series win: 2nd T20 (RPS)

Opener Quinton de Kock hit an unbeaten 58 as South Africa clinched the T20I series against Sri Lanka with a crushing nine-wicket win.

Spinners Tabraiz Shamsi and Aiden Markram took three wickets each as South Africa bowled out Sri Lanka for 103.

In reply, de Kock struggled with his timing on a slow surface before compiling a solid, unbeaten 58 off 48 deliveries as South Africa cantered home with 5.5 overs remaining to take the series 2-0.

South Africa 105 for 1 (de Kock 58*, Hasaranga 1-22) beat Sri Lanka 103 (Perera 30, Shamsi 3 for 20) by nine wickets.
