Gill, Washington guide India to win over Zimbabwe: 3rd T20 (Harare)

Skipper Shubman Gill struck a fluent half-century in leading India to a 23-run win over hosts Zimbabwe and a 2-1 series lead.

After winning the toss, Gill scored 66 whilst Ruturaj Gaikwad slammed a quickfire 49 to help India post 182/4.

Zimbabwe suffered a dismal start and slumped to 39-5. The hosts ended at 159-6 thanks to an unbeaten 65 from 49 balls by Dion Myers.

India 182 for 4 (Gill 66, Gaikwad 49, Jaiswal 36, Raza 2-24, Muzarabani 2-25) beat Zimbabwe 159 for 6 (Myers 65*, Madande 37, Washington 3-15, Avesh 2-39) by 23 runs.
