Sydney Barnes turns Ninety

Sydney Barnes then approaching his 90th birthday and still working a 5 day week.

Regarded as one of the greatest bowlers of all time, Barnes made his Test debut for England in 1901 v Australia. He was right-handed bowler that he delivered at a pace that varied from medium to medium fast.

He played 27 Tests and took 189 wickets.

Barnes passed away aged 94 on Boxing Day 1967.
