Jason Holder was born on 5 Nov 1991 in Barbados. He is a tall right arm fast bowler who made his first class debut in 2009 vs Guyana.
Holder was the leading wicket-taker for the West Indies with 13 wickets in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2010 in New Zealand.
He made his ODI debut against Australia in Perth in 2013 and his Test debut on his home ground against New Zealand in 2014.
At 23, Holder was appointed the ODI captain of the West Indies in 2014. He was made Test captain in 2015
