Left handed opening batsman

Adam Lyth was born on 25 Sept 1987 in Yorkshire. He is a technically correct left handed batsman who made his first class debut for Yorkshire in 2007. After several good seasons for Yorkshire, including scoring over 2000 runs in 2012 and being part of their championship winning team of 2014, Lyth was picked on the 2015 West Indies tour but did not play in any of the Tests. He made his Test debut when he was selected in the 1st Test against NZ at Lords in 2015.
