
Jewel Andrew is a promising young cricketer from Antigua, born on December 7, 2006. A right-handed batsman and wicketkeeper, he has quickly risen through the ranks of West Indies cricket.
Andrew grew up in a cricket-loving family in Antigua and began playing the sport at the age of four. Standing at approximately 5’10” (178 cm), his athletic build complements his role as a wicketkeeper-batter. He has expressed admiration for West Indies captain Shai Hope.
Andrew made his One Day International debut for the West Indies against Sri Lanka in October 2024 at the age of 17, becoming the youngest ODI debutant in West Indies history, surpassing Xavier Marshall.
