The cricket community was in shock as Kiwi Jesse Ryder fights for his life in hospital after he was attacked twice. The 28-year-old all-rounder was admitted to Christchurch Hospital having suffered multiple injuries including, according to reports, a fractured skull.Christchurch, Mar 2013
