Hendricks maiden century inspires win over Pakistan: 2nd T20 (Centurion)

Opener Reeza Hendricks slammed his maiden T20 century and lifted South Africa to its first T20 bilateral series win since August 2022, as the Proteas celebrated a 7-wicket win in the second match against Pakistan at Centurion.

Hendricks (117) and Rassie van der Dussen (66 not out) added 157 runs off 83 balls for the third wicket as South Africa chased down Pakistan's 206-5 with 3 balls remaining.

Earlier, Babar Azam and Saim Ayub took Pakistan to 101/1 after 11 overs but South Africa fought back to restrict Pakistan to 205-5.

South Africa 210 for 5 (Hendricks 117, van der Dussen 66*, Jahandad 2-40) beat Pakistan 206 for 5 (Ayub 98*, Azam 31, Irfan 30, Galiem 2-21) by five wickets.
