1985: Greenidge inspires win over Sri Lanka (Hobart)

Opener Gordon Greenidge struck 61 as the West Indies cruised past Sri Lanka in a 8 wicket win in the B&H Match No 3 in Hobart.

Greenidge and Richardson (52) out on 94 as Windies overhauled the Sri Lanka score with almost 10 overs remaining.  

Earlier, skipper Duleep Mendis hit 56 not out as Sri Lanka posted 197-7. Joel Garner bowled a miserly spell to end with 2-19.
