Sehwag & Gambhir edge India ahead: 2nd Test, Day 3 Highlights (Galle)

India for the first time in the threeTest series has its nose in front after ending on 200 for four in its second innings. Having dismissed Sri Lanka’s for 292 the touring side leads by 237. Viru Sehwag’s audacious 50 following his unselfish unbeaten 201 in the first innings allowed Gambhir time to settle and build a fine innings of 74. Dravid 44 and Tendulkar 31 perished in the dying overs to hand over some of the earlier initiative to Sri Lanka. Day 3 2nd Test Galle Aug 2008.
