Zaheer blasts through as India hit back: IDEA Cup 2nd ODI (1 of 2)

Left armer Zaheer Khan used the significant lateral movement on offer with the new ball and took four wickets during an opening spell which helped bundle out Sri Lanka for 142.

A target of 143 should have been a cakewalk for India on paper but the loss of early wickets and quick strikes by Thilan Thushara yet again exposed the frailties of their inexperienced batting lineup.

Mendis asked some searching questions before Dhoni and debutant Badrinath took India to a narrow 3 wicket win.
