Smith and Gibbs inspire 2-run win: T20 (Jborg, 2006)
In their first ever T20 encounter played between the two countries South Africa edged out Australia by 2 runs as the Aussie run chase ended at 1997.
Earlier South Africa posted 2014 after a fast start provided by Gibbs 56 and skipper Graeme Smith 89.
