West Indies lost a clutch of toporder wickets including the prime scalp of Ramnaresh Sarwan after a century from Kevin Pietersen had left them needing 240 to win the fifth Test in a minimum of 66 overs.
They hung on for a deparate draw as they lost 8 wickets for 114.
