Sachin Tendulkar turned back the clock to hit a superb 175 in 141 balls but India lost by three runs with two balls remaining as panic set into the lower order.

Earlier a blazing knock from Shane Watson 93 in 89 balls and a maiden ton from Shaun Marsh 112 in 112 balls shared in an opening stand of 145 and took Australia to a massive 350-4 on a flat pitch.
