Thirimanne ton inspires thumping win: 2nd ODI (Adelaide) - 2 of 2

Lahiru Thirimanne scored an unbeaten maiden century (102 not out in 134 balls) as Sri Lanka squared the five-match series at one-all by cruising to 2-172 in reply to Australia's 170 all out.

Earlier, David Hussey (29) and stand-in skipper George Bailey (26) stood out in a collapse of 4-32 until Haddin (50) pushed them to 170 all out.

Sri Lanka 2 for 172 (Thirimanne 102*, Dilshan 51) beat Australia 170 (Haddin 50, Malinga 3-32) by 8 wickets.
