Guptill guides Kiwis into semis: 2016 WT20 No 23 NZL v PAK (Mohali)

New Zealand became the first country to book a semi-final spot in the World Twenty20 as Martin Guptill's brilliant 80 in 48 balls helped them to a 22-run win over Pakistan.

Chasing 180, Shajeel Khan's 47 gave Pakistan a quick start but they were unable to maintain their momentum and ended on 158-5.

New Zealand 180 for 5 (Guptill 80, Sami 2-23) beat Pakistan 158 for 5 (Sharjeel 47, Milne 2-26, Santner 2-29) by 22 runs.
