Warner century delivers series whitewash: 3rd ODI (MCG)

David Warner smashed his second successive ton as Australia completed a 3-0 clean sweep of its ODI series against New Zealand with a 117-run win.

Warner scored 156 off 128 balls and Travis Head added an important 37 off 70 to arrest a middle-order collapse as they posted 264-8. Mitchell Starc led the attack with 3-34 as New Zealand crumbled to 147 all out.

Australia 8 for 264 (Warner 156, Boult 3-49) beat New Zealand 147 (Guptill 34, Starc 3-34) by 117 runs.
