Kohli, Jadhav hunt down massive England target: 1st ODI (Pune)

India completed the joint-fourth best run chase of all time in 48.1 overs on the back of stunning centuries from Virat Kohli and Kedhar Jadhav.

Chasing 351, India were reduced to 63-4 in Pune before Kohli, who made 122, and Kedar Jadhav (120) shared a stand 200. Earlier, Jason Roy smashed 73 and Ben Stokes made a 40-ball 62 as England posted 350-7.

India 356 for 7 (Kohli 122, Jadhav 120) beat England 350 for 7 (Root 78, Roy 73, Stokes 62) by three wickets.
