Williamson record ton shines as rain hits play: 1st Test, Day 2 (Auckland)

Skipper Kane Williamson completed a New Zealand record 18th century as rain disrupted with only 2 hour of play being possible.

Williamson resuming on 91, completed his ton before being trapped lbw by James Anderson for 102.

Williamson's innings saw him move past the New Zealand centuries record jointly held by Martin Crowe and Ross Taylor.

New Zealand 229 for 4 (Williamson 102, Nicholls 49*) lead England 58 by 171 runs.
