Marsh guides Australia to maiden title: 2021 T20 Final (Dubai)

A 92-run second-wicket partnership from David Warner and Mitchell Marsh set Australia up to win the T20 World Cup final against New Zealand, their first T20 cup.

Allrounder Mitch Marsh was named the Player of the Match for his incredible unbeaten 77 off just 50 deliveries which got Australia home with 7 balls to spare.

Earlier, Kane Williamson pounded 85 runs off just 48 deliveries to ensure New Zealand posted a competitive 172-4.

Australia 173 for 2 (Marsh 77*, Warner 53, Boult 2-18) beat New Zealand 172 for 4 (Williamson 85, Hazlewood 3-16) by eight wickets.
