2004: Strauss scores century on debut against New Zealand (Lord)
Andrew Strauss was called into the team to make his a surprise debut when Skipper Michael Vaughan got injured just prior to the 1st Test against NZ.
Strauss became only the fourth player to score a debut century (112) at Lord's. He added 83 in the second innings to cap off a dream debut.
