Hodge century enables Windies to pressure Bangladesh: 2nd Test, Day 4 (Sylhet)

Kevin Omar Wickham was born on 19 March 2003.

A right-handed top-order batsman, he came through the West Indies age-group system and represented West Indies Under-19s during the 2021–22 season. His performances at youth level earned him opportunities with the West Indies Academy, where he began making a name for himself in regional first-class cricket.

Wickham quickly demonstrated his potential as a dependable run-scorer, combining sound technique with patience and an ability to build substantial innings. He scored his maiden first-class century, an impressive 121, while representing the West Indies Academy.

He subsequently became an important member of Barbados Pride in the regional four-day competition, continuing to develop his reputation as a batsman capable of anchoring an innings and converting starts into big scores.

Wickham made his Test debut against Bangladesh in Nov 2026.
