Greig starts bouncer war: 1974/75 Ashes

Lillle and Thomson pounded England into submission during Mike Denness's ill-fated Ashes expedition in 1974-75 to Australia.

Tony Greig admits that he started the bouncer was to get his team onto the front foot - a tactic that backfired.

Australia led by Ian Chappell won the 6 Test series 4-1.
