Bennett shines as Zimbabwe beat Pakistan in thriller: 3rd T20 (Bulawayo)

Zimbabwe beat Pakistan by 2 wickets with one ball to spare in the 3rd T20 at Bulawayo.

Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat on a slowish pitch. After a clatter of early wickets, Salman Agha attempted to stabilize the innings by building important partnerships with Tayyab Tahir and later with Qasim Akram. Pakistan posted 132-7.

In reply, Brian Bennett (43) got Zimbabwe off to a flyer and they were 73-1. They then collapsed to 94-5. Maposa struck 12 off 4 balls to seal a nervous win.

Pakistan won the series 2-1.

Zimbabwe 133 for 8 (Bennett 43, Afridi 3-24) beat Pakistan 132 for 7 (Salman 32, Muzarabani 2-25) by two wickets.
