T20: Gillys All-stars beat Australia (Gabba)

The Australian team still reeling after being pounded 20 by India whilst losing the Border Gavaskar Trophy opened their home summer with a 64 run loss to Adam Gilchrist's Australian Cricket Association All Stars in a Twenty20 charity fundraiser.

One bright spark was the return from suspension for Andrew Symonds who holed out in the 14th over for powerful 45 off 35 balls.
