Hamilton Masakadza was closing in on his second Test century as he was  unbeaten on 88 runs from 203 deliveries, while skipper Brendan Taylor was not out on 40 off 108 balls as Zimbabwe surprisingly dominated on the first day of its return to Test cricket against Bangladesh.
