Ramdin heroics in vain, Root ton seals series win: 3rd ODI (Antigua)

Joe Root scored his first ODI ton (107) as England beat West Indies by a narrow 25 runs to win the series 2-1.

In reply, Denesh Ramdin kept the match alive with a superb 128, the first by a West Indian keeper, before Tim Bresnan bowled him to leave the hosts 278 all out.

England 303 for 6 (Root 107, Buttler 99, Moeen 55) beat West Indies 278 (Ramdin 128, Bresnan 3-45) by 25 runs.
