IPL 7: Match fixing hangs over season opener between MI and KKR

Badly hurt by the spot-fixing scandal, the IPL will try to get back on its legs in the seventh edition that begins in the former gambling den of the UAE.

Amidst controversy, its time for cricket as the Sheikh Zayed Stadium will play host to the opening match that will see defending champions Mumbai Indians take on Kolkata Knight Riders who held the trophy just before Mumbai Indians snatched it from them last year.
