Leg spinner Imran Tahir took 4 wickets as South Africa revived their World Cup hopes with a nine-wicket victory over Afghanistan.
Afghanistan were 125 after two rain delays cut the match to 48 overs. Imran Tahir struck to take 4-29 as Afghanistan lost five for eight in 29 balls.
In reply, Quinton de Kock made 68 as South Africa reached their revised target of 127 with 19.5 overs to spare for their first win in the World Cup.
South Africa 131 for 1 (de Kock 68, Amla 40*) beat Afghanistan 125 all out (Rashid 35, Tahir 4-29, Morris 3-13) by nine wickets.
