Williamson punishes England with brilliant ton: 3rd Test, Day 3 (Hamilton)

Kane Williamson hit 156 off 204 balls as New Zealand dominated England on day 3 in Hamilton.

Williamson posted his 33rd Test hundred, and seventh at Seddon Park, as New Zealand were 453 all out.

England hunting for a series clean sweep trail the hosts by 640 runs and closed on 18-2. Ben Duckett was bowled by the retiring Tim Southee and Zak Crawley was lbw to Matt Henry.

England 143 and 18 for 2 (Bethell 9*, Root 0*, Southee 1-4, Henry 1-14) need another 640 runs to beat New Zealand 347 and 453 (Williamson 156, Young 60, Mitchell 60, Bethell 3-72).
