Abhishek blasts record century, India win series 4-1: 5th T20 (Mumbai)

24-year-old opener Abhishek Sharma blasted 135 from 54 balls - the highest score by an Indian batter in a T20 internationals as India crushed England to take the series 4-1.

Sharma reached his century in 37 balls and hit 13 sixes and seven fours as the hosts reached 247-9.

In reply, opener Phil Salt did his best to keep England up with the required rate, hitting 55 from 23 but they folded for 97 all out.

India 247 for 9 (Abhishek 135, Carse 3-38) beat England 97 (Salt 55, Shami 3-25) by 150 runs.
