Australia in semis as rain spoils: 2025 CT No 10 AFG v AUS (Lahore)

Australia booked a berth in the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy at the expense of Afghanistan as their match in Lahore was abandoned following heavy rain.

Sediqullah Atal's composed 85 helped Afghanistan post a competitive 273. 

Chasing 274 for victory, Australia was 109-1 after 12.5 overs when the rain started and halted play.
