India stare down the barrel after Sundar triggers England collapse: 3rd Test, Day 4 (Lords)

In a dramatic last hour, India lost four wickets and still need 135 more runs to claim victory at Lord's with the 3rd Test poised on a knife edge.

Brydon Carse pinned both Karun Nair and India captain Shubman Gill leg before. With the final ball of the day, Ben Stokes bowled nightwatchman Akash Deep to leave India 58-4, well short of their target of 193.

Earlier, spinner Washington Sundar took 4-22 as England folded meekly for 192. Joe Root and Ben Stokes revived England hopes before Root was bowled behind his legs by Sundar for 40 to start a slide that saw England lose 6-38.

India 387 and 58 for 4 (Rahul 33*, Carse 2-11) need 135 runs to beat England 387 and 192 (Root 40, Washington 4-22, Siraj 2-31, Bumrah 2-38).
