Jaker leads Bangladesh to historic series win over Pakistan: 2nd T20 (Mirpur)

Bangladesh made history by clinching their first-ever T20I series win over Pakistan, winning by 8 runs in Dhaka.

Batting first, Bangladesh were bowled out for 133, thanks to Jaker Ali’s brilliant 55 and Mahedi Hasan’s 33.

Pakistan’s chase faltered early at 15 for 5, but Faheem Ashraf’s fighting 51 kept them in the hunt before they were bundled out for 125 in 19.2 overs. Shoriful Islam starred with the ball, taking 3 for 17, as Bangladesh sealed the series 2–0 with a match to spare.

Bangladesh won the 3 match series 2-0.

Bangladesh 133 (Jaker 55, Mahedi 33, Mirza 2-17) beat Pakistan 125 (Ashraf 51, Abbas 19, Shoriful 3-17) by eight runs.
