Green rescues Australia, powers win over Windies: 4th T20 (St Kitts)

Allrounder Cameron Green steadied Australia after a mid innings wobble as they defeated West Indies by 3 wickets in the 4th T20I at St Kitts.

Australia successfully chased a steep target of 206 with four balls to spare. Josh Inglis gave the Aussies a flying start with a rapid 51, while Glenn Maxwell (47) and Cameron Green (an unbeaten 55) steered the visitors home. Australia collapsed to 134/5, before Green and Hardie (23) steadied the chase and secured the win.

Earlier, West Indies posted 205/9, with key contributions from their top order, but were undone by Australia’s sharp fielding—highlighted by Maxwell’s stunning catches and a mid-air run-out assist.

The win gave Australia a 4–0 lead in the series, with one match to go.

Australia 206 for 7 (Green 55*, Inglis 51, Blades 3-29) beat West Indies 205 for 9 (Rutherford 31, Zampa 3-54, Hardie 2-24) by three wickets.
