Charles shines, Windies down India by 1 wicket: 2013 Tri-Nations No 2 (Jamaica)

The West Indies scraped to a thrilling one-wicket win over No 1-ranked India as Johnson Charles smashed 97.

Charles was removed with the score at 8-211, leaving the Windies tailenders still needing 19 more runs to surpass India's total of 7-229 from their 50 overs which they did with the last pair at the crease. Earlier, 60 from Rohit Sharma and 44 for Suresh Raina helped India compile 229-7.

West Indies 230 for 9 (Charles 97, Bravo 55, Yadav 3-43) beat India 229 for 7 (Rohit 60, Raina 44, Sammy 2-41, Roach 2-41) by 1 wickets.
