Kiwis crush Windies by an innings, climb to No 1: 2nd Test, Day 4 (Wellington)

Neil Wagner took 2 quick wickets and Tim Southee moved his tally to 296 test wickets as the Black Caps dismissed West Indies for 317 to complete an innings and 12 run win.

New Zealand took the series 2-0 with a second successive innings win under 4 days. This win helped them gain equal No 1 ranking with Australia in the World Test Championship.

New Zealand 460 (Nicholls 174, Wagner 66, Gabriel 3-93, Joseph 3-109) beat West Indies 131 (Blackwood 69, Southee 5-32, Jamieson 5-34) and (f/0) 317 (Campbell 68, Jason Holder 61, da Silva 57, Wagner 3-54, Boult 3-96) by an innings and 11 runs.
