Cole McConchie (born 12 January 1992, Christchurch) is a New Zealand batting all-rounder known for his reliability in domestic cricket and his ability to contribute in multiple disciplines.
A right-handed middle-order batter and right-arm off-spinner, he has been a mainstay for Canterbury cricket team, where he has scored more than 4,000 first-class runs while also providing useful wickets with his tidy off-spin. Calm at the crease and tactically aware, he has also taken on leadership responsibilities at domestic level.
McConchie made his T20I debut in 2021 and his ODI debut in 2023 for the New Zealand national cricket team. In limited international opportunities, he has shown composure and versatility, capable of stabilising an innings or accelerating when required, while offering control with the ball. Though not a headline-grabbing cricketer, he is regarded as a dependable squad player who adds balance and depth whenever selected.
