Strauss on 4th straight loss: too many mistakes (Galle)

England lost their last six wickets for 31 as they collapsed to a 75-run defeat. Skipper Andrew Strauss attributed the defeat to a series of mistakes, both with the bat and in the field.

The most glaring were the four dropped catches off centurion Mahela Jayawardene.Rangana Herath (6-97) took a bag of 12 wickets for the match and was man of the match.
