Braithwaite edges Windies ahead of Pakistan: 2nd Test, Day 2 (Multan)

Skipper Kraigg Brathwaite led the way with two sixes and four boundaries in his 31st Test half-century as the West Indies pulled ahead of Pakistan in day 2 at Multan.

The last four Windies wickets added an invaluable 99 runs before the tourists were dismissed for 244 in their second innings.

Openers Shan Masood and Mohammad Hurraira fell cheaply to Kevin Sinclair and Gudakesh Motie as Pakistan stumbled to 76-4 at stumps.

Pakistan 154 and 76 for 4 (Babar 31, Ghulam 19, Sinclair 2-41) need another 178 runs to beat West Indies 163 and 244 (Brathwaite 52, Sajid 4-76, Noman 4-80).
