Hetmyer, Holder deliver thrilling win over Bangladesh: 2nd ODI (Guyana)

Shimron Hetmyer's dashing century and a stunning final over from captain Jason Holder led the West Indies to a thrilling three-run victory over Bangladesh to level the series 1-1.

Hetmyer (125) hit his second ODI hundred to help the Windies recover from a top order collapse to post 271. Struggling at 102-4, Hetmyer put on a 103-run fifth-wicket stand with Rovman Powell (44) to effect the rescue.

Chasing 272, Bangladesh were in command, needing eight runs for victory in the last over.

Holder took the crucial wicket of top-scorer Mushfiqur Rahim for 68 with the first delivery and conceded just 4 runs from the remaining five deliveries to snatch victory.

West Indies 271 (Hetmyer 125, Rubel 3-61) beat Bangladesh 268 for 6 (Mushfiqur 68, Shakib 56) by three runs.
