SL hit back after Bairstow century: 3rd Test, Day 1 (SSC)

Jonny Bairstow hit a brilliant century but Sri Lanka fought back after tea to even out proceedings.

Bairstow, batting at number three for the first time, posted 110 off 186 balls and put on 99 with Ben Stokes (57) to help England reach 235-3 at tea.

England lost 4 wickets in the last session to finish at 312-7 with spinner Sandakan taking 4-91.
